Jacobaea maritima (syn: Senecio cineraria)

Common name: dusty miller
Habit: arching 
Leaf: white leaves, silvery grey leaves, simple, pinnate

It is an evergreen shrub in worm climates but in Vancouver it is a herbaceous perennial 
Flowers: loose corymbs of yellow disc and ray florets
Water use: low
Soil: well-drained
Exposure: sun
It is a very very dense and common plant to use
it is suitable for beds, rock gardens, group or mass planting,
